We picked this spot partially for value, but mostly because it had a lap pool and I'm an avid swimmer. I think if you don't want to walk far, you can ask at. + The grounds are well-groomed and give a nice contrast to the bustle of being on the Strip. + The bathroom has a separate door for the toilet and a super strong vent fan for it. We had a big bed, a sitting area, a kitchenette, and a huge bathroom. There's a big construction site nearby, so we heard construction vehicle noises in the morning-just set some white noise on your phone. The maintenance worker came to fix it, though. But housekeeping knocked on the door anyway, and when I didn't respond, they opened the door (just a crack since I had the deadbolt.) It felt a bit sketchy since I had the sign up for a reason. I had an odd moment with housekeeping that rubbed me the wrong way: It was an afternoon and I was in the room by myself with the Do Not Disturb sign on and the deadlock set. You'll want to either plan for a significant walk or getting a ride to anything on The Strip.
